Tasmania has once again recorded the lowest unemployment rate in Australia, according to the latest data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

The state's workforce now comprises over 286,000 individuals, with an unemployment rate of 4.0 per cent. Treasurer Eric Abetz stated that since the Liberal Government's election in 2014, more than 51,000 jobs have been created.
