Southern Ky. city dealing with power outage

London Mayor Randall Weddle announced on social media that the city is experiencing a power outage.
According to Weddle,
the outage was caused by a transformer that blew on Substation Street.
Officials with Kentucky Utilities are aware of the situation, the mayor said.
