Arrests Made in Connection to Toddler's Death
A 23-year-old mother, Kaylee Morris, and her 24-year-old boyfriend, Mason Morgan, have been arrested in Iowa for allegedly killing Morris' 20-month-old daughter, Willow Ann Morris.
The toddler died from dehydration and a brain bleed after being left unattended for over 14 hours, during which time the couple allegedly smoked THC wax.
- Kaylee Morris and Mason Morgan were charged with neglect or abandonment of a dependent.
- Mason Morgan faces an additional charge of child endangerment by deprivation of necessary care resulting in death.
Authorities announced the arrests and charges in connection to the death of young Willow Ann Morris.
