Car Fire in Ashton-on-Ribble
A car burst into flames on Queensway in Ashton-on-Ribble on Saturday, filling the street with smoke.
The incident occurred around 4pm, and Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service attended shortly after.
According to eyewitnesses, the car, believed to be a Ford Focus, was driven into the street while smoking to prevent the fire from spreading to a nearby house.
No one was hurt in the fire, and Blog Preston has contacted Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service for comment.
