Investigation Report Released
Outside investigator Stacy Gabriel of Gabriel & Ashworth PLLC released a report to the Sedona City Council, investigating complaints between Sedona Chief of Police Stephanie Foley and former Sedona Mayor Scott Jablow.
The Sedona City Council voted unanimously to make the 23-page report public on October 14.

One of Foley's four allegations was substantiated, two were partially substantiated, and one was not substantiated. Four of the ex-mayor's allegations were not substantiated, and a fifth allegation was deemed "not applicable" because it involved the former city manager, not the chief.
