JASON SETNYK reports that Cornwall Transit and the Cornwall Connector are collaborating to improve transportation options for residents and visitors.
The two services are sharing a stop at Pitt and Second, allowing passengers to easily transfer between local and intercity routes.
Starting Monday, September 8, the Cornwall Connector’s pick-up and drop-off location will shift to Pitt Street next to CIBC, near Second.
This change aims to make the stop more accessible and convenient for riders.
Travellers heading to Ottawa can take Cornwall Transit to the downtown intersection, then walk a short distance to catch the Cornwall Connector.
Upon return, the Connector drops riders back downtown, making it simple to board a city bus home.
