Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has expanded the nol card's functionality beyond transport, enabling payments for parking, retail, and education services.
This development is a result of partnerships with KHDA, Parkin PJSC, PayPal, and GTS Alive Middle East, aiming to create a universal payment tool for various daily services, including dining and entertainment.
The move supports Dubai's digital transformation by promoting smart, contactless payments across multiple sectors.
The agreements were signed during GITEX Global 2025, marking a significant step towards a cashless, convenient experience for residents and visitors.
The nol card will become a single, cashless card for daily life.
