Vatican Names Judges for Trial of Former Jesuit Artist Rupnik
The Vatican announced that it has named judges to decide the fate of Marko Ivan Rupnik, a famous ex-Jesuit artist accused of abuse by over 20 women.
Rupnik's mosaics decorate basilicas around the world, but he has been accused of sexual, spiritual, and psychological abuse by more than two dozen women.

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, the Vatican office that manages clergy sex abuse cases, named five judges to hear the Rupnik case in a canonical court, including women and priests who don’t hold jobs in the Vatican bureaucracy.
