Young Sun Han, the owner of Baek Ban, previously owned a restaurant in Seoul where she would start her day at 5 am making banchan, a variety of side dishes that are a key part of Korean meals.

Han has brought this tradition to her new restaurant in Chantilly, where she serves simple, traditional Korean meals.
