The Remote Work Policy – Hybrid Work outlines the principles and process for City of Toronto employees to perform duties from a remote location as part of a hybrid work arrangement or on an ad hoc basis.

This policy replaces the previous Remote Work Policy – Hybrid Work, effective January 1, 2026, and describes a workplace model where eligible employees alternate between City work locations and remote work locations.
