Tourism Careers Take Flight at Singapore's First Hospitality and Tourism Conference
The inaugural Singapore Hospitality & Tourism Conference (SHTC) 2025 is being held at Marina Bay Sands, in conjunction with ITB Asia.
Student attendees have access to a career fair with close to 700 immediate opportunities across over 20 companies, including Mandai Wildlife Group, Conrad Singapore Orchard, and Singapore Airlines.
The tourism sector's strength is reflected in its employment trends, with Singapore's total tourism workforce growing by over 8% from 69,000 to 75,000 between June 2023 and June 2025.
- Over 5,000 job postings covering around 6,700 vacancies are available in 2Q2025 on Workforce Singapore's MyCareersFuture portal.
The sector is actively hiring.
