Trump Considers Deploying National Guard to San Francisco
According to Hal Kempfer, a former Marine intelligence officer and security expert, President Trump is considering sending National Guard troops to San Francisco.
Kempfer notes that the president could deploy troops to protect federal property or personnel, such as ICE agents.
Using troops as cops could not happen unless the Insurrection Act was invoked, as suggested by Salesforce's Benioff.
