Sudbury Symphony Orchestra brings Vivaldi to young audiences

The Sudbury Symphony Orchestra (SSO) presents a special theatrical symphony concert, Vivaldi’s Ring of Mystery, on Oct. 26 at Place des Arts.

This live performance blends theatre, mystery, history, and music to spark curiosity and wonder in children aged five and up.

The story follows a young orphan girl in 18th-century Venice who sets out to uncover the secrets of her past, encountering the genius of composer Antonio Vivaldi and the mystery of a missing Stradivarius violin.

Audiences will hear over 25 excerpts from Vivaldi’s greatest works, including The Four Seasons, the Violin Concerto in A minor, and the Guitar Concerto.
