Incident in Rochester
A man is in custody after allegedly hitting someone with his vehicle in northeast Rochester late Monday night.
The Rochester Police Department received a report of the incident at around 11:40 p.m. and responded to 115 First Avenue NE, where they found a man in his 40s with non-life threatening injuries.
The victim was taken to Saint Mary's for those injuries. Officers later located the suspect and his vehicle in the 500 block of 5th Avenue NW and took him into custody.
